How will the membership application be signed by your players?*

You will receive the membership application as a PDF to print. Your players will sign it by hand.You will participate in the new digital procedure. Your players will sign using a digital signature.

Handwritten signature: After submitting the online form, you will promptly receive a pre-filled membership application (PDF file) by email. It includes all players registered for your team with their data. The membership application must be printed and signed by hand by the listed players. The team manager then sends the membership application (PDF file) to us by email (mitgliedschaft@qubali.de) by January 31, 2026.

Digital signature: After submitting the online form, we will promptly upload a pre-filled membership application (PDF file) to our club cloud. It includes all players registered for your team with their data. At the same time, all listed players will receive an email with a link to access the membership application in the club cloud. A plug-in is installed there that allows the digital signing of the membership application. The team manager is responsible for ensuring that all players on the team have digitally signed the membership application by January 31, 2026.

*) We will try to make the digital signature procedure available in time. If digital signatures are not possible for technical reasons, all membership applications must be completed by hand as before.
