- Team registration
🕓 Deadline: October 31, 2026
→ Online registration of the team + designation of 2 team managers - Delegates’ Assembly / League Meeting
📍 Date: November 14, 2026 – Location: Berlin (GER)
→ Mandatory attendance: At least one representative per team - Players’ registration
🕓 Deadline: December 31, 2026
→ Assign at least 6 players to the team via the online form
→ Sign and submit the registration confirmation by January 31, 2027 - Pay Membership Fees & Deposit
🕓 Deadline: January 31, 2027
→ €25 membership fee per player + €150 refundable deposit per team
→ Please make a single payment covering all amounts
